How much do I actually keep?

On a $10 film, you keep approximately $8.41 per sale (84%). On a $15 film, approximately $13.26 (88%). On a $20 film, approximately $18.12 (91%). The higher your price, the higher your percentage — because the fees become a smaller share. Use the calculator above to see your exact numbers.

Can I sell short films?

Yes. You can create a Program — a collection of short films bundled together as a single release. A Program counts as one content slot and is sold as a package. Viewers get access to all shorts in the program.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades are instant — you get access to new features immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle so you keep access through the period you've paid for.

How do payments work?

Your audience pays via Stripe. Funds go directly to your connected Stripe account. TribuShare never holds your money — Stripe processes and routes payments in real time.

Is there a setup fee?

None. And your 30-day free trial starts only when you publish your first film — not when you create your account. Take as long as you need to set up.

How is my film protected?

Your film is streamed through a secure, hosted player. Access is controlled through your storefront, offers, and viewer permissions. Content cannot be downloaded directly from the player.

Can I work with a team?

Yes — team workspaces with roles and permissions are available on all plans. Invite collaborators, assign roles, and manage access from your dashboard.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Premiere, your viewer email list is preserved — it becomes accessible again when you upgrade back. You keep your aggregate analytics at all times.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. During onboarding you connect an existing Stripe account or create a new one (free). This ensures you receive payments directly — TribuShare never touches your revenue.
