3. Points of Contact under the Digital Services Act
3.1 For authorities
The single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is legal@tribushare.com. Communications can be sent in French or English.
3.2 For users
Users of the Service can reach TribuShare directly and quickly (Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) at support@tribushare.com, in French or English. Messages are read and answered by the TribuShare team.
4. Reporting Illegal Content
To report content you consider illegal, including a film sold without the rights holder's permission (Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), use Report this film on the film page, or write to legal@tribushare.com with:
- the reasons why you consider the content illegal
- the exact address (URL) of the content
- your name and email address, except for reports concerning child sexual abuse material
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete
What happens to the content concerned is described in the Creator Agreement, Section 9.
5. Intellectual Property
The TribuShare platform, its design, software and trademarks are the property of SYLOE GROUP, SAS. Films and their associated materials remain the property of their Creators and their rights holders.
